Managing Director of the Institute of Air Handling and Refrigeration (ILK), Prof. Uwe Franzke, took part in a panel discussion, together with Prof. Joachim Curtius, University of Frankfurt, Prof. Christoph Kaup, Head of FGK, Prof. Dirk Müller, Institute for Efficient Buildings and Indoor Climate of RWTH Aachen University. The round was chaired by Prof. Hans Fleisch, Head of the Board of Trustees of the Heinz Trox Foundation. The ILK Dresden is one of the leading research institutes in the field of air quality
and can refer to a broad range of scientific knowledge as well as to sophisticated findings during the Covid19 pandemic in particular. The unanimous result was the urgent necessity of an alliance of science, the ventilation industry and contractors for „Good air in Germany’s schools“.
The Indoor Air takes place for the first and only time from Oct 5-7, 2021. Approx. 100 exhibitors from the German climate and ventilation industry are expected.
